

Every year, Living Stones offers internships, designed to offer a genuine experience consistent with on-staff church ministry. All interns should
expect to engage the ministry at its highest levels through training, education, and experience.
Interns are allocated to a specific area of ministry and are assigned a direct staff supervisor.
A brief breakdown of the two types of internships are below:

- Entry level, unpaid.
- Intern will typically be responsible for 15-20 hours of internship work per week.
- Intern is required to be a Covenant Member of LS. (requires involvement with services, a community group, and giving)
- Intern is responsible to attend all LS Staff Meetings.
- Intern will generally serve as a Level 1 Intern for 3-6 months. Occasionally, Level 1 interns will be invited to Level 2 based on performance and budget constraints.
LS Communications - Level 1 - OPEN
Tasks: Managing blog content, executing social media strategy, and editing other textual copy in various ministries.
Preferred skills: Strong writing skills. iWork or Microsoft Office a must, Photoshop, experience with social media marketing, editorial experience preferred. Would be perfect for a Marketing, Communications, or English major.

LS Reporter - Level 1 - OPEN
Tasks: Conduct interviews and take pictures of various people in LS to document what God is doing in the community.
Preferred skills: iWork or Microsoft Office a must.

Community Groups Intern - Level 1 - FILLED
Tasks: Helps organize Community Group information; Works with
MortarStone (online reporting); Works with The City; Helps lay the groundwork for the Community Group push in August; Facilitates communication between coaches/leaders/Jason and Gavin; Calls people who sign-up for community groups.
Preferred skills: Organized; Self-Motivated; Excellent people skills; Basic computer fluency (Microsoft and Macintosh office suites); Ability to learn new computer programs.

Creative Arts Intern - Level 1 - FILLED
Tasks: print media, signage, digital media, creative elements for worship gatherings
Preferred skills: Adobe Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator, project management, self-disciplined

Administrative Intern – Level 1 – OPEN
Tasks: Data entry, administrative support, filing, bookstore support
Preferred skills: Detail oriented, basic computer skills, Excel and Quickbooks experience a plus, organized, self-motivated

Administrative Intern - Level 1 - OPEN
Tasks: General administrative support, Leadership Development, West Campus oversight
Preferred skills: Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Flexible, Organized, Excellent People Skills, Basic Computer Skills

Administrative Intern - Level 1 - FILLED
Tasks: Database support, special event support

Administrative Intern - Level 1 - OPEN
Tasks: General administrative support, research, Covenant Membership administration
Preferred skills: Self-motivated, Flexible, Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferable; Detail oriented

Missions Intern - Level 1 - FILLED
Tasks: Help with Mission to the Church, City, & World, Benevolence, administrative support, Volunteer and Event Management.
Preferred skills: Microsoft Office, project/event management, good communication/interpersonal skills (written/verbal), organized, detail oriented, availability to occasionally work on Friday afternoons and weekends.

Technology Intern - Level 1 - FILLED
Tasks: Works closely with the technology and facility pastor to execute the vision of Living Stones. Research, pricing, external communication, administrative support.
Preferred skills: Word, Excel, basic report formatting, communication, public speaking.

LS Youth Events Intern - Level 1 - OPEN
Tasks: Help with outreach, planning out summer events, and general administration.
Preferred skills: Microsoft Office. A heart for kids is a must!
Reports to: Pastor Bobby Grossi

- Intern receives pay.
- Intern will typically be responsible for 20-30 hours of work per week.
- Intern is responsible to attend all LS Staff Meetings. Other meetings required to be determined by your supervisor.
- Intern is required to be a Covenant Member of LS.
- Intern is required to attend LS Deacon Meetings, as this level of leadership is being pursued.

Intern will generally serve as a Level 2 intern for 3-6 months. Occasionally, Level 2 interns will be invited to Assistant Staff Status based on performance and budget constraints.
Worship Arts Intern - Level 2 - FILLED
Tasks: gather worship resources, learn audio programming software, assist with administration
Preferred skills: Microsoft Office, Audio Editing, Adobe Photoshop
